1) My delivery confirmation # does not show any tracking information is something wrong? |

Occassionally the delivery confirmation number for the First Class Mail shipping option (the $5 option) does not register until the package has been delivered. If you click on the delivery confirmation number and it does not show tracking details, then it is not cause for concern. The most common reason for this is the postman/post office not scanning the items into their system until time of delivery. The overall success rate is virtually 100% for packages arriving at the specified shipping address, so you can be confident that your package will arrive. Typically orders shipping within the US or Canada arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
If you selected UPS ground or air shipping options, then you will have full tracking details throughout the shipping process and can follow your shipment every step of the way. |

Yes, we will ship to
any location worldwide for just $5! We are
proud to say that we have shipped
our high quality titanium products to many
countries around the world
including: Japan, Germany, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, and Australia
just to name a few.
Our shipping
and handling options can be viewed on checkout and you can choose the most appropriate option. We can ship via low cost ground methods, however, if you are in a rush you can select one of our express air shipping options with full tracking. We feel that our rates are very fair
(below industry norm) and hope this
assists in making your purchase
hassle free. |

3) Can I engrave my titanium money clip? |

Yes, all of our titanium products can be engraved. The standard method for engraving titanium is by using a mechanical engraver with a diamond tipped cutting tool. Most local jewellers and engraving stores will have this equipment as standard.
At this time we do not offer engraving services, except for high volume custom laser engraving (there is a large set-up fee, but over a large quantity this very economical). |

4) Can I pay by personal check
or money order? |

If you prefer not to
use our automated checkout service,
then we will
gladly accept payments by check or
money order. Please contact us

purchase. We will package the
item and have it ready to ship as
soon as your payment arrives.

5) How long does it take to
receive my order? |

If your order
is particularly urgent please
contact us at
sales@superiortitanium.com and
we can make an extra effort to get
your item shipped out on the same
day as your order is placed. As a
standard, most orders are processed
and shipped the same day or the next business day.
You must also take into
consideration the estimated delivery
time (3 - 8 business days in most
cases). Occasionally, international ordersmay take a little longer to clear through customs. Air shipping options will provide a very fast transit time and clear customs very quickly. Approximate transit times are shown on each shipping method. |
